Job DescriptionThe Recruitment Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, optimizing, and measuring recruitment marketing campaigns.This role sits within the Candidate Generation department, servicing Cielo's accounts.

Despite being the world leading RPO, we are extremely agile in our approach.Duties and Responsibilities:You will be accountable in enhancing Cielo's media and recruitment marketing capabilities in North America and LATAM by devising integrated campaigns, as well as the measurement and optimization of media channels.
This will include managing business-as-usual media and campaigns for our clients, ensuring that there is a focus on ROI on all channels.Along with delivering campaigns, you will be responsible for creating real operational impact for our clients by working with account, Brand, and Technology teams.
This will require you to build relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and client side.You will also work closely with the wider Candidate Generation team to drive strategic initiatives and change programs.ResponsibilitiesDevise integrated recruitment marketing campaigns with the aim of attracting and engaging jobseekers and increasing operational impactInternal / external stakeholder managementMedia planning and optimization – custodian of campaign and business-as-usual budgets across portfolios, along with media relationshipsManagement and continuous improvement of our media publishing capabilitiesCreate best in class candidate experience based on operational needs of our clientsManage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaignsBrief and oversee the work of internal and external agenciesDeliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs, and collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaignsQualificationsPosition Requirements:ExperienceCreation and execution of best-in-class marketing strategies, process improvement, reporting and new technology implementation within an agency/RPO/In-house environment2-3+ yrs commercial marketing experience requiredMedia strategy and buyingSenior stakeholder management with a track record of building long lasting relationshipsDelivering concise and creative communication across a range of mediumsManaging complex projects with rapidly changing parametersTurning new ideas and technologies into tangible solutions for our clientsDigital marketing experience a plusExperience with omni-channel marketing approachesExposureComplex matrix driven organizations with multiple brands / locations Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
