Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote technical support for Global **** operations.Certify maintenance activities within license privileges (B1; B2 advantageous).
Ensure continued airworthiness in coordination with CAMO and MCC.Manage and supervise defect rectification, AOG situations,



and troubleshooting.Liaise with third-party maintenance providers and vendors.Lead and coordinate contracted engineers when required.Perform aircraft inspections, transit checks, and oversee scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.Support aircraft release to service in compliance with EASA and applicable authority regulations.Maintain high standards of documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.Provide operational support during missions and be available for short-notice travel.Deliver a professional and discreet service in line with VIP customer expectations.Minimum RequirementsFAA or EASA B1 AML License (mandatory).
Global ********* Type Rating (mandatory) - current and valid.Minimum 5 years Line or Base Maintenance experience (Integral family preferred).
Recent type currency.Recurrent training up to date.Proven experience working independently and managing defect rectification.Previous leadership or Lead Engineer experience is an advantage.Bachelor's Degree would be considered an asset.Fluency in written and spoken English.Spanish is an advantage.Ability and willingness to travel at short notice.Flexibility in roster and operational availability.Experience in VIP/private owner operations is considered a strong advantage.CompetenciesStrong technical troubleshooting capability.Decision-making under operational pressure.High level of discretion and professionalism.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Autonomous yet team-oriented.Structured, compliant, and safety-focused mindset.Must be willing to travel internationally as required by operational needs.
