Join OMODA & JAECOO at a key stage of our growth in Argentina.We are looking for a Tax Manager to take ownership of the local tax function and help build solid, compliant, and scalable processes for our Argentine operation.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working with autonomy, influencing business decisions, and creating processes from the ground up within a general and fast-growing automotive company.Your impactTake ownership of national, provincial, and municipal tax compliance in Argentina.Lead monthly and annual tax closing processes, ensuring accurate tax calculations, provisions, and supporting documentation.Coordinate the preparation, review, and timely submission of tax returns and statutory information regimes.Monitor changes in Argentine tax legislation, assess their business impact, and provide clear recommendations to management.Identify tax risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.Lead tax audits, inquiries, assessments, and potential disputes with ARCA and other tax authorities.Coordinate external tax advisors, accounting firms, and auditors.Partner with Finance and other business areas to provide tax guidance on new projects, transactions, and operational decisions.Prepare tax reports and documentation for the local management team and headquarters.Design and strengthen internal tax policies,



controls, and procedures as the operation grows.What we are looking forDegree in Accounting and qualification as an Argentine Certified Public Accountant.At least six years of professional experience in Argentine taxation.Hands-on experience managing tax filings, statutory reporting, tax provisions, and closing processes.Strong knowledge of national, provincial, and municipal tax regulations.Experience managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.Advanced English, required for regular interaction with regional teams and headquarters.
