What You'll Do

Evolve regional fleet availability schemes and order execution, defining performance standards and optimization mechanisms. Design and lead the regional incentive matrix, evaluating elasticity models to maximize spending effectiveness and fleet connection. Develop scalable analytical tools and models that transform large data volumes into strategic recommendations for operations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous work experience in performance analysis, operations analytics, strategy, or logistics optimization. Advanced and autonomous database management skills using SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.



Advanced English proficiency for continuous interaction with regional and general teams.
