About the Role

*This isn't just about managing affiliate links and processing commissions.*

We're looking for an
Affiliate Program Specialist




to help run and grow our client´s affiliate programs, building strong relationships with our affiliate community while making sure everything behind the scenes works seamlessly.

You'll be the
day-to-day point of contact for our affiliates and coordinate their Program
, helping them get onboarded, answering questions, providing the right resources, and making sure tracking and commissions are accurate. At the same time, you'll keep a close eye on performance — understanding
who's driving signups and revenue, what's working, and where we have opportunities to grow.

The role sits at the intersection of
partnerships, operations, and growth
. You'll work closely with our Partnership Director, taking real ownership of the day-to-day program while helping us improve affiliate engagement, expand our network, and reach new audiences through new affiliate and referral initiatives.
