We’re looking for an experienced
Operations Lead
to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help us build a more efficient, scalable, and high-performing service business.

This is not a role focused only on maintaining existing processes. We’re looking for someone who naturally asks:
What can we improve? What is slowing us down? How can we build a better system?

You’ll work closely with the Business Unit Manager, lead the operations team, solve complex operational challenges, and turn recurring problems into long-term improvements.

What you’ll own:

• Day-to-day operational performance and service quality

• Scheduling, dispatch, job assignments, pricing, and payments

• Operational KPIs and performance improvement

• Team leadership, coaching, and accountability

• Customer escalations and recurring service issues

• Workflow optimization and process improvement





• SOP development and standardization

• Job profitability, refunds, credits, and payment issues

• Service provider interviews and performance management

• Identification of opportunities for automation and greater efficiency

We’re looking for someone with:

• Operations leadership experience in a
service-based business

• Strong team management and coaching skills

• A proven continuous-improvement mindset

• Experience building and improving processes and workflows

• Strong ownership and independent decision-making skills

• Experience managing KPIs and turning data into action

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal English

• Confidence working with technology and learning new systems quickly

Experience in
home services, HVAC, appliance repair, cleaning, hospitality, logistics, property services, or similar service industries
is a plus. Cleaning industry experience is
not required
