Operations Director
for a leading pharmaceutical company based in Chile.

We are seeking a senior executive with
10+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
, with a proven track record in leadership positions across
Operations, OPEX, Operational Excellence and industrial process management
.

The successful candidate will be responsible for
leading and strengthening the company’s operational strategy
, driving a culture of operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and
GMP
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization’s operations.

• Develop and implement
OPEX, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
.

• Optimize operational and manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value creation.

• Lead and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

• Ensure compliance with




GMP requirements
, quality standards and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

• Establish and monitor key operational performance indicators, driving accountability and continuous improvement.

• Lead strategic transformation, process optimization and operational excellence projects.

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational strategy with broader business objectives.

Profile

•
10+ years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Advanced English proficiency is required

• Proven leadership experience in
Operations, OPEX, Manufacturing, Production or Operational Excellence
.

• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes.

• Solid experience operating within
GMP-regulated environments
.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex operations, transformation initiatives and multidisciplinary teams.
