What you'll do
- Plan monthly and ad-hoc CRM/OTO campaigns aligned with the commercial calendar,



seasonal trends, and business objectives.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for experimentation, including A/B testing, new communication approaches, customer journeys, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Create clear and strategic briefs for the communication agency.
- Define strategic audiences and segmentations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Build, configure, and activate campaigns on the designated platform (operational execution).
- Identify opportunities to optimize audiences and customer journeys, prioritizing and structuring impactful messaging.
- Perform continuous adjustments and optimizations to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Design and implement an engaging store activation plan.
- Present monthly performance reports and consolidated results to stakeholders.
