- You are obsessed with the numbers behind the product: you always know what we pay, why we pay it, and how to pay less.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure every pod (factory-built or on-site kit) is built on time and to quality standards.
- Be the company's eyes during on-site assembly through daily progress walkthroughs conducted via video call.
- Coordinate prebuilt pod installations.
- Identify and remove the top bottlenecks in the current process to improve lead times.
- Own the manufacturing cost structure: know what we pay and why.




- Negotiate constantly.
- Keep product docs current: drawings, aesthetics doc, kit instructions.

Success Metrics:
- Meet committed lead time on >95% of pods.
- Deliver $20k gross profit per order.
- Achieve a 3-week lead time.

Weekly Reporting Requirements:
- Lead time: actual vs target for each active project.
- For projects completed that week: lead time (vigente vs target) and gross profit.
- Actions taken to reduce lead time and/or cost.
