Administrative Assistant

Hourly Rate:
$10-$16 USD/hour

Part-Time Monthly Rate: $800 - $1,280 (20 hours/week)

Full-Time Monthly Rate: $1,600 - $2,560 (40 hours/week)

About the role:

Support U.S. businesses with day-to-day administrative operations, including inbox and calendar management, client communication, CRM updates, documentation, basic bookkeeping, and AI-assisted productivity.

What You’ll Do
- Manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and teams by phone, email, and chat
- Update CRM records, lead statuses, spreadsheets, and digital files
- Prepare quotes, invoices, receipts, and other basic administrative documents
- Use AI tools to draft communications and streamline repetitive tasks





What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old
- 2+ years in administrative support, executive assistance, office management, or similar roles
- English C1+ and fluent Spanish
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities remotely
