Position Overview
Coalfire is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Analyst, FP&A; to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will provide critical support across the FP&A; function, helping the team manage financial planning, reporting, headcount, and business analysis that drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.

Reporting to Director, FP&A;, this position is designed to take on accuracy-driven work that underpins effective business partnering, headcount reporting and reconciliation, spend tracking, data entry and compilation, quality review, and recurring financial reporting. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, and eager to grow their FP&A; career in a fast-paced professional services environment. Prior experience in a consulting, technology, or professional services firm is a strong plus. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated analyst looking to develop deep expertise in FP&A; and financial management within a growing cybersecurity company.





The role requires a professional who can operate effectively as a trusted and dependable colleague on the FP&A; team willing to work at a fast pace and take direction. As the candidate evolves in the role, one can expect future involvement in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. This individual will also support the broader FP&A; function through participation in forecasting cycles and CFO-level reporting to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and investors.

Requirements
Qualifications
Required
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

– 2 years of experience in Accounting, FP&A;, financial analysis, or a related finance role.

– Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.

– High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

– Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables under tight turnaround timelines.

– Clear communication skills and ability
