THE ROLE:
Collaborating closely with our Tech Lead, you'll streamline workflows and help organize releases. You'll be the decision-maker, giving the green light for each release. You’ll collaborate with Engineers to clarify product functionalities and provide them with testing data. Most importantly, you’ll be a partner to the Product Manager, gaining insights into the business and project scope to determine quality assurance priorities and to set effective testing strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Product Manager with the preparation of the product specification, user stories, business analysis,



prioritization, and other project management activities to enhance the team’s velocity
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to define the test strategy, plan, scenarios, and cases, and collaborate on testing requirements and activities as a core part of the business rollout strategy.
- Drive the testing lifecycle for AI components, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and quality of AI-driven features
- Support the engineering team with product and business knowledge and testing data
- Actively participate in refinement ceremonies, providing estimations (from the QA side) and uncovering edge cases
- Drive the whole QA process and testing lifecycle
- Measure and report key quality metrics to the team and stakeholders
- Drive the product launch checklist documentation

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Postman or a similar tool for API testing
- Proven ability to work independently on
