Main Purpose
- Reporting to the Plant Lead,



the OT & Automation Engineer will lead OT transformation projects and LRP/SBP automation capital projects at the María Eugenia site, covering both commercial and pre-commercial plant processes. The position will play a key role in evolving operations from a manual and reactive model toward intelligent, AI-orchestrated operations aligned with the MEU plant transformation strategy.

Your mission will be to
- Drive the OT transformation roadmap at María Eugenia, evolving from manual and reactive operations toward intelligent, AI-orchestrated operations, with impact on yield, OEE, quality, and cycle time KPIs.
- Support Automation demand decision-making on medium
- and long-term investment needs —systems, equipment, and infrastructure— to sustain business growth at the María Eugenia site.
- Manage capital projects and ensure compliance with automation standards, identifying new needs to improve those standards.
- Act as the OT bridge between the site and the APSe digi
