About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Bilingual Recruiting & Scheduling Assistant to support the hiring of caregivers for U.S.based home care agencies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong spoken English and experience in customer service, scheduling, call-based roles, virtual assistance, healthcare support, or administrative coordination who would like to develop a career in recruiting.

Previous recruiting experience is welcome but not required. We will provide training on the caregiver recruitment process, systems, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone screenings using an established interview guide.




- Schedule interviews, orientations, and other recruiting-related appointments.
- Support background-check and onboarding coordination.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, missing information, or process delays and take appropriate action.
- Manage a high volume of calls, messages, follow-ups, and appointments.
- Collaborate remotely with recruiters, schedulers, and U.S.based home care teams.
- Meet activity, response-time, and hiring-process goals.

Required Qualifications
- Advanced or near-native spoken English — minimum C1.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone presence in English.
- Experience making or receiving professional phone calls.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, appointments, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable learning and working with digital platforms, databases, or CRM-style systems
