In this role, you’ll join the R&D; Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D; organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. As an R&D; Associate Consultant, you’ll help organizations in times of change whether that’s a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these. You will:
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
- Clearly define opportunities to deliver value to the customer by executing management consulting projects
- Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
- Develop engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations to team members




- Plan and lead the execution of project engagements
- Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
- Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
- Actively build a network of potential customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business
- Consulting management experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or equivalent industry
- Experience working in one or more R&D; operational roles either in industry or consulting
- Engagement management experience
- Strong presentation and business development skills

- Master’s degree in life sciences or business
