The Role

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our integral HR team. In this role, you will drive the hiring of top-tier talent across the Americas, Europe and APAC and help us build high-performing teams in both technical and business functions. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture strong talent pipelines, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience that directly contributes to our company’s growth and success worldwide.





Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring and future growth.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and success profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decisions.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology companies.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC.
- Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
