Position Overview

The Integral Head of Legal & Compliance AI/Analytics will lead the transformation of our legal and compliance function through the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions.



This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to modernize workflows, enhance risk monitoring, and enable data-driven decision-making. This position has a direct impact on operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and the achievement of compliance and business MBOs.

What you'll do
- Define and execute the AI and data strategy for Legal & Compliance, identifying high-impact use cases
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions (risk detection, contract analysis, automation, monitoring)
- Architect and integrate scalable data infrastructure across multiple systems and data sources
- Lead adoption of generative AI (LLMs, RAG) to improve legal workflows and compliance processes
- Develop dashboards and analytics to provide real-time insights into risk and program performance
