Compensation: Monthly stipend of $1000 USD + highly competitive revenue share / commission on closed deals

The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to serve as the engine for our established sales process.

This role is built around an aligned incentive structure. You will receive a monthly stipend for your daily output, plus a revenue share on any commissions generated from the leads you source.

What You Will Do
- Precision Research: Use strict search parameters and professional networks to identify active natural resources, infrastructure, energy, and real estate companies in Latin America.
- Contact Identification: Pinpoint the exact C-level executives and financial decision-makers within those organizations.
- Pipeline Management: Log all outreach activities accurately so our senior business development team can seamlessly step in once a lead has been qualified.
