About the Role
- Lenovo's Service Management Support Center (SMSC) is looking for a Warranty Claims Specialist to support North America Authorized Warranty Service Providers (AWSP) through operational analysis, claims management, and program support activities.

This role combines customer support, data analysis, and operational problem-solving to ensure accurate claim processing, program compliance, and continuous improvement of service operations.

This position offers opportunities to participate in operational excellence initiatives, process improvement projects, automation efforts, AI-driven solutions, and data-driven decision making within Lenovo's service organization.
