About the Department

The Technology Development group is an integral organization of Allegro that includes Device Development, Foundry Operations, Modeling, ESD/EMC, and Design Enablement teams. The group facilitates all semiconductor devices and design automation research and development programs from concept through maturity. We ensure that the technology roadmap is aligned with the product roadmap and work across organizations. We manage partnerships with external foundries and suppliers to deliver cutting-edge semiconductor devices and design automation tools to support the product roadmap.

The Opportunity

What You Will Do




- Responsible for successful delivery of semiconductor development programs with a clear plan to deliver on schedule.
- Work closely with project sponsor, business owners, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to cross-functional teams and stakeholders including, but not limited to, senior executive management.
- Understand and utilize internal project management tools and processes related to development and release through various project phases.
- Partner with existing project teams and business leaders to accelerate project delivery
- Improve and optimize cross-organizational role and processes for opportunity pursuit across the company.
