About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, improve conversions, and drive measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on role spanning email marketing, paid advertising, social media, landing pages, marketing automation, and analytics. You’ll work closely with sales to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
Manage email marketing and lead-nurture campaigns
Support paid search and paid social campaigns
Create and optimize landing pages and campaign assets
Coordinate content across social media channels
Maintain marketing automation workflows
Monitor website traffic, leads, and conversion performance
Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements
Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Test messaging, campaigns,



and funnels to improve performance
Requirements
2+ years of digital marketing experience
Hands-on experience with:
Email marketing
Social media
Paid advertising
Digital analytics
Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
Strong analytical and copywriting skills
Comfortable tracking campaign performance and making data-driven improvements
Ability to execute independently in a remote environment
Strong written and verbal English communication
