* Plan and execute vehicle projects, ensuring alignment with organizational
goals and objectives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for EHE organization at the vehicle
level.
* Lead cross-functional teams within EHE organization, providing guidance and
support to team members.
* Communicate vehicle requirements and provide support to Core Engineering
Teams as needed.
* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report
to stakeholders regularly.
* Manage project budgets, including cost rollup and budget allocation.
* Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes, identifying and
resolving issues as they arise.
* Identify the need for and coordinate War Rooms when necessary.
* Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely
resolution of any issues.
* Coordinate software implementation trials (PER trials) and collaborate with
EE SWAT team for End of Line (EOL) activities.
* Take the lead in resolving any SCA Vehicle Audit issues, ensuring compliance
with regulatory requirements.




* Provide support to Core Engineering Team, including part verification, APQP,
DV/PV, and Off Tool parts activities.
* Manage EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and oversee Quality/Warranty
analysis, implementing necessary actions to address quality concerns.
* Coordinate Assembly Plant clean points and oversee Service Actions to enhance
product quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master's degree
preferred.
* Proven experience in project management, particularly in the automotive
industry. 10-year minimum
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
effectively.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to
analyze data and create compelling presentations.
