About the Role
Veeam's Finance Transformation Office (FTO) is looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Lead Program Manager to drive strategic Finance transformation initiatives across the organization. This contract-to-hire opportunity is idóneo for someone who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoys connecting Finance, Corporate Technology, and implementation partners to deliver meaningful business outcomes.




As a Lead Program Manager, you will own the day-to-day execution of one or more transformation programs, ensuring projects remain on track, risks are proactively managed, and executive stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, dependencies, and business value. You'll serve as the operational backbone of the program, helping Finance leaders successfully deliver large-scale initiatives that modernize systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
This role reports into the Finance Transformation Office Governance & Process Architecture team and requires a combination of program management expertise, financial systems knowledge, strong executive communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
