Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage cases from intake through settlement for a U.S. law firm. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys while keeping cases moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
Serve as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking clients
Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, liens, and other case documents
Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with providers and insurance companies
Prepare and organize documentation for demand packages




Track case deadlines and maintain accurate case notes in the case management system
Provide regular case updates and escalate legal issues to attorneys when necessary

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of recent experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager at a U.S. law firm
Fluent English (written and spoken) required
Must have experience working in the U.S. (Florida and/or California)
Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle
Experience working with medical records, billing, liens, and insurance claims
Proficiency with case management software (Filevine, Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate, Needles, or similar)
Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple cases
