We are looking for an experienced Property Management Assistant to remotely support a U.S.-based property management team.
The adecuado candidate has previous experience in property management, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience using AppFolio.

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day property management operations.
Communicate with tenants and respond to inquiries.
Create, update, and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Maintain accurate tenant and property information in AppFolio.
Assist with leasing documentation, renewals, and administrative tasks.
Support rent/payment follow-ups and basic bookkeeping activities.
Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation.




Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager.

Requirements:
Previous experience in Property Management or Real Estate Administration.
Hands-on AppFolio experience is required.
Experience with tenant communication and maintenance coordination.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, or payment tracking.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Own computer, reliable internet connection, and suitable workspace.
Must be based in Latin America and available during U.S. business hours.
