About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
This is a high-performance, activity-driven sales role where you’ll identify idóneo prospects, execute multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for Account Executives.
As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you’ll directly influence both pipeline growth and brand perception.

What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
Build targeted prospect lists using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo
- Crunchbase

Research:
- Target accounts
- Decision-makers




- Industries
- Buyer personas
- Business pain points

Use research to personalize outreach and improve response rates.
Cold Calling & Multi-Channel Outreach
Execute approximately 60–100 outbound touchpoints per day across:
- Cold calls
- Cold emails
- LinkedIn messages
- Video outreach

Conduct approximately 30–40 cold calls daily.
You’ll:
- Open conversations confidently
- Use structured sales scripts
- Handle common objections
- Qualify prospect interest
- Personalize messaging
- Move qualified prospects toward booked meetings

Outreach Sequences & Campaign Management
Build and manage structured outbound cadences, typically:
- 5–10 touchpoints
- Over 10–15 days
- Across multiple communication channels

Test and optimize:
- Subject lines
- Email copy
- Messaging angles
- Personalization
- CTAs
- Follow-up sequences

Monitor results and continuously improve outreach based on response and meeting-
