We are looking for a talented Property Management Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day management of our growing portfolio of residential properties.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and customer-focused Property Management Assistant to serve as a key point of contact for residents across our portfolio.

The idóneo candidate will be responsible for reviewing and responding to resident questions, concerns, complaints, and requests while coordinating with the appropriate internal departments to reach effective resolutions. This role requires someone who can carefully understand each situation, communicate professionally with residents, investigate issues when necessary,



and take ownership of following matters through to resolution.

Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English, strong reading comprehension, sound judgment, and previous experience communicating with customers or residents and resolving problems. The ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling complaints, disputes, or frustrated residents is essential.

Experience in property management, multifamily housing, real estate, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment is highly preferred.

This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to resident emails, questions, complaints, and general inquiries across multiple properties.
