We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented professional to lead the development and positioning of a dynamic portfolio of multiple brands.
This role will be key in building brand value, driving commercial growth, and authentically connecting with audiences through integrated marketing strategies.

Role Mission
Design and implement marketing strategies that strengthen the positioning, differentiation, and growth of the brands within the portfolio, generating sustainable business opportunities through campaigns, content, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute the annual marketing plan for each brand in the portfolio.
- Develop branding, communication, and storytelling campaigns focused on growth, reputation, and engagement.
- Coordinate digital content production alongside creative and communication teams.
- Monitor and optimize digital advertising performance, organic growth, and overall performance.




- Lead communication with stakeholders across each business to ensure strategic alignment.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget for each brand.
- Analyze metrics, audiences, and trends to generate insights and identify new growth opportunities.

Profile We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic marketing or brand management.
- Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Background in industries such as tourism, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or startups.
- Experience leading creative teams and external vendors.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of metrics analysis, KPIs, and ROI.
- Experience managing digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
