At Teem, we build hybrid teams that give healthcare practices room to breathe. We place reliable, engaged virtual professionals alongside in-office staff so practices can grow without burning out their people. We call it the Invisible Team: support that works quietly in the background so the humans up front can focus on what only they can do. If you care about doing careful, honest work and helping a team get better, you'll feel right at home here.
Position Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to listen to recorded sales calls and evaluate them against our scoring rubric. This role is all about turning conversations into clear, actionable coaching. You'll document what worked, flag what didn't, score each call fairly and consistently, and give sales leadership a weekly pulse on how the team is performing. If you can listen closely, write clearly, and hold a rubric steady even on a tough call, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Review – Listen to recorded sales calls (volume based on call length and team size) with close attention to detail.
- Scorecard Evaluation – Evaluate each call against the agreed-upon call scoring rubric, covering areas like opening, discovery, objection handling, closing, compliance and script adherence, and tone.
- Documentation – Record specific interactions, notable moments, strengths, and areas for improvement for every call reviewed.
- Scoring – Assign clear,
criteria-based scores or grades per call.
- Weekly Reporting – Compile and submit a weekly scoring summary to sales leadership every Friday.
- Flagging – Surface any calls with compliance concerns, red flags, or coaching-worthy moments outside the normal weekly report, as soon as they come up.
- Consistency – Maintain fair, unbiased scoring standards across reviewers and over time.
- Trend Tracking – Track patterns over time, including recurring weak points across the team or for individual reps.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong written communication, with feedback that's clear, specific, and actionable for sales leaders and reps.
- Objectivity and consistency, able to apply a rubric fairly without personal bias.
- Active listening and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable giving constructive, and sometimes critical, feedback.
- Reliable follow-through on a weekly reporting cadence.
Nice-to-Have Skills (But Not Required)
- Prior experience in sales coaching, call auditing, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with call scoring or call recording platforms.
- Background in sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role.
Perks of Working With Teem
- Remote work – Skip the commute and work from wherever you're most comfortable.
- Training and development – We're here to support your growth with training to build up your skills.
- USD pay – Get paid in dollars for your work.
