The idóneo candidate is comfortable researching information, communicating with clients, and managing multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients to understand their requests and preferences
- Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
- Coordinate booking and reservation details
- Review availability and relevant options
- Verify names, dates, and other important information for accuracy
- Provide clients with confirmations and updates
- Assist with modifications and special requests
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements




- Communicate with service providers as necessary
- Provide professional client support throughout the process

Qualifications

- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Customer-focused mindset
