Buscamos un(a) Pricing Sr. Analyst para APU (Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay), responsable de liderar la estrategia de precios para la región, garantizando la competitividad, rentabilidad y alineación con los objetivos comerciales de la organización. Esta posición tendrá un robusto enfoque en la gestión de pricing para APU, así como en la definición de políticas comerciales y el liderazgo de proyectos estratégicos de optimización de precios. El rol trabajará de manera transversal con diferentes unidades de negocio y áreas como Finanzas, Marketing de Producto, Logística, Ventas y Channel Marketing, convirtiéndose en un socio estratégico para la toma de decisiones basadas en datos. Se trata de una posición sin responsabilidad directa sobre personal a cargo, que aporta valor de manera autónoma a través del liderazgo técnico, el análisis estratégico y la capacidad de influencia transversal dentro de la organización. Responsabilidades principales Diseñar e implementar estrategias de pricing, alineadas con los objetivos de crecimiento y rentabilidad. Liderar la definición, actualización y despliegue de políticas comerciales y lineamientos de precios para la región. Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento de clientes, competencia y variables económicas que impacten la estrategia de precios. Desarrollar modelos analíticos para identificar oportunidades de optimización de márgenes, rentabilidad y posicionamiento comercial. Liderar proyectos regionales relacionados con pricing, transformación digital y mejora continua de procesos comerciales. Generar reportes, dashboards e indicadores clave para el seguimiento de desempeño de precios y rentabilidad. Trabajar de manera cercana con equipos de Finanzas, Marketing de Producto, Logística, Ventas y Channel Marketing para garantizar una ejecución efectiva de las estrategias definidas. Presentar recomendaciones estratégicas a líderes de negocio y stakeholders clave, influyendo en la toma de decisiones comerciales. Asegurar la consistencia y gobernanza de los procesos de pricing a través de las diferentes unidades de negocio.



Identificar oportunidades de automatización y digitalización de procesos relacionados con análisis y gestión de precios. Requisitos Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Estadística, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines. Experiencia en roles relacionados con pricing, estrategia comercial, revenue management, inteligencia de negocios o análisis de rentabilidad (excluyente). Conocimiento de mercados B2B, preferiblemente en compañías manufactureras o industriales. Experiencia en análisis de datos y construcción de modelos para la toma de decisiones comerciales. Manejo de herramientas de visualización y análisis de datos como Tableau y Power BI. Conocimientos en Python para análisis y automatización de procesos. Experiencia trabajando con múltiples stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinarios. Nivel de inglés intermedio para interacción con equipos regionales.
