Summary

We are a B2B technology group building infrastructure for brokers and proprietary trading firms. We are preparing our pre-seed round and need an experienced financial modeler to build the model and valuation package we will take to investors.

The business has three revenue lines running off a shared client base and a common data architecture:

1. PRODUCT — A multi-asset trading platform sold to brokers and prop firms (setup/license fee + revenue share)

2. PRODUCT — A risk management, fraud detection and CRM layer for the same customer base (recurring SaaS)

3. PARTNERSHIPS — Referral and revenue-share income from ecosystem providers we introduce to our clients (payment processors, KYC vendors, liquidity providers, bridge and technology partners). Recurring commission on the volume our clients transact through those partners.

The modeling challenge is that these three lines are not independent. Lines 1 and 2 have their own acquisition drivers, but line 3 is downstream: it is a function of how many clients the first two verticals win,



what share of them attach each partner category, and the commission terms per partner. The model needs to reflect that dependency explicitly rather than treating partnership income as a standalone stream.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Integrated 5-year financial model — separate driver sheets per revenue line, consolidated at group level

• Partnership revenue built as a derived layer: client base × attach rate per partner category × commission rate × volume assumption, modeled separately for each partner type

• Projected P&L;, cash flow statement and simplified balance sheet

• Burn rate, runway and cash requirements across base / conservative / aggressive scenarios, with sensitivity analysis on the variables that actually move the outcome

• Unit economics: CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC, payback period, ARPA, churn, gross margin — including blended LTV that accounts for partnership income per client

• Cap table (current and post-round), dilution
