Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects, including team leadership, planning and managing workstreams, ensuring goal achievement and project profitability.
- Drive commercial development for the client portfolio: defining approach strategies, identifying business opportunities, and developing commercial proposals.
- Build new internal practices and contribute to the development of industry-specific services and client portfolios.
- Actively contribute to the growth and development of the consulting team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.




- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable).
- High availability for travel.
