Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and networking efforts.




- Conduct virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and discovery calls to understand client needs and showcase solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, including negotiation, contract execution, and handoff to account management or operations teams.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a focus on quality and long-term client relationships.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand evolving needs, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
