Role Description
This is a part-time remote contract role for a Product Tester — Financial Due Diligence (FDD). The Product Tester will evaluate new and existing platform features by executing test cases, validating financial and operational data workflows, and providing structured feedback to improve functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities include documenting issues, reproducing defects, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure testing coverage aligns with real-world FDD use cases. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, supporting customer-facing teams with product-related questions, and contributing to training materials or walkthroughs that help advisors adopt new features. The Product Tester will work adaptable hours aligned to project timelines and release cycles.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Testing skills, including designing and executing Test Cases relevant to financial due diligence workflows.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, with experience conveying findings to product, engineering, and client-facing teams.
- Background in Customer Service or user support, with the ability to understand and advocate for advisor needs and pain points.
