What we're looking for

You'll join a fast-growing UK-based e-commerce creative agency focused on producing high-performing paid social content for general brands. The team is young, collaborative, and built around people who take initiative and move fast. You'll work in a pod alongside a strategist and designer, creating scroll-stopping ads for wellness, supplements, and lifestyle brands.

This is a great fit if you understand what makes people click, watch, and convert, and you're excited to push creative using both classic editing and AI tools.

What You'll Be Doing
- Edit short-form video ads for Meta and TikTok, including UGC, testimonials, VSLs, and product demos.
- Turn creative briefs into high-converting edits with strong hooks and pacing.




- Use AI tools like Higgsfield to generate custom clips and enhance storytelling.
- Source and organize footage, b-roll, music, and sound effects.
- Collaborate closely with your pod, including the strategist and the creative lead.
- Deliver polished, optimized files on time and ready for reuse.

Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form ads for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of direct response, UGC, and VSL formats.
- Sharp instinct for hooks and attention-grabbing first 3 seconds.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
- Experience with AI video tools such as Higgsfield or similar platforms.
- Ability to work from briefs, manage assets, and turn around edits quickly.
- Organized, reliable, and responsive to feedback.

Nice to Have
- Design skills across static or graphic content.
- Experience in wellness, supplements, or fashion brands.
- Background working with US or UK agencies.
