Overview:

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented
*B2B Outbound Sales Specialist (Canada & US Market)*
to generate new business opportunities across the Canadian and U.S. markets. This is a high-activity outbound sales role focused on engaging warm leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for senior business development managers. Success in this role requires strong outbound sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST | Fixed schedule

Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads from company-provided prospect lists
- Present the company's customs brokerage services through clear, value-driven sales conversations
- Execute structured follow-up campaigns via phone, email, and SMS to nurture prospects through the sales process
- Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for senior Business Development Managers
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including call notes, pipeline updates,



and follow-up activities
- Consistently achieve outbound activity and sales targets, with a goal of securing at least one new customer per week
- Provide regular updates on pipeline performance, outreach activity, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities

Must-Have Requirements:
- Proven B2B outbound sales experience
with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
