AppDome is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer (Remote - Argentina, Mexico or Ecuador) to deliver seamless technical experiences across trial, onboarding and ongoing account management. You will own tickets, collect diagnostics, and coordinate with engineering.
You will manage trial setups, support go-lives, and drive portfolio health while advocating for customer needs and improving product quality. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
