The purpose of the USAID MEL Activity is to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL),



and collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) support services to USAID/Bosnia’s technical offices and implementing partners. These services will strengthen performance management by generating a technical evidence base to guide the Mission’s programming. The DCOP will take a lead role in providing technical assistance to USAID’s Implementing Partners, reviewing Activity-level Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plans (AMELPs), and assist in Data Quality Assessments (DQAs). The DCOP will serve as acting COP as needed, and also lead activity reporting for this contract.This position is contingent upon USAID award and will be based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
