We're fully remote, with a team spanning media, design, development, and strategy. Across everything we do, we hold ourselves to two standards: sweat the details and own the outcome.

About the Role

You'll manage and optimize paid social and programmatic campaigns across active bank client accounts. That means owning performance, execution quality, and the strategic recommendations that come from the data.

We're looking for someone who thinks strategically about performance, identifies growth opportunities, and makes sound optimization decisions that go beyond managing campaign settings.

The role is part-time, hourly, and remote, and is structured as an ongoing freelance engagement,



with hours based on workload. It’s designed for someone who can step into active accounts quickly and deliver with minimal onboarding.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Expected Outcomes

Here's what success looks like in this role:
- Your accounts consistently hit their media targets, with spend pacing on plan.
- Errors are caught before launch, not by the client.
- Optimization is an ongoing practice, with performance gaps addressed proactively and testing moving forward consistently.
- Creative and strategy teams receive clear, data-backed recommendations they can act on.
- The team can rely on your execution, communication, and follow-through without needing to re-check your work.
