Role:

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our internal team.

This role focuses on managing LinkedIn outbound conversations, qualifying leads, and converting

engagement into qualified sales opportunities (SQLs).

The adecuado candidate has strong written communication skills, experience with LinkedIn outbound

prospecting, and the ability to identify business opportunities through strategic follow-ups and lead

qualification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

➡Manage and respond to conversations from assigned LinkedIn profiles.

➡Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, business needs, and buying timelines.

➡Manage follow-ups to nurture leads and reactivate conversations.

➡Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.

➡Maintain accurate lead status and next steps in the CRM.





➡Identify insights, objections, and patterns from conversations.

Position Requirements:

➡ 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development roles.

➡2+ years of experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

➡2+ years of experience with LinkedIn outbound prospecting and social selling.

➡Strong lead qualification and follow-up management skills.

➡Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

➡Ability to work in fast-paced sales environments.

Nice to have:

➡Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or IT services.

➡Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outbound tools.

➡Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)
