The Sola
Commercial Team Manager
leads and develops the commercial operation across Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.



The role combines leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) with managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts during a transition period. Over time, the focus shifts from direct account management to empowering the team to take full ownership of customer relationships, allowing the manager to concentrate on regional commercial leadership.

Reporting to the Head of Region LATAM, the Sola Commercial Team Manager serves as Evolution's primary commercial representative across the Sola region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Evolution's commercial strategy across Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay, in line with the direction set by the Head of Region LATAM.
