SolarBalls is seeking an experienced Shorts Director to lead the creative direction of its YouTube Shorts. You will own the creative process from idea to final delivery, shaping storytelling, animation direction, and production pipelines for high-impact short-form content.
You will work with animators, editors, and designers to scale the Shorts program, optimize for engagement on YouTube, and build a scalable production team over time.
