We are looking for a Tax Manager to take ownership of the local tax function and help build solid, compliant, and scalable processes for our Argentine operation.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working with autonomy, influencing business decisions, and creating processes from the ground up within a general and fast-growing automotive company.
Your impact
- Take ownership of national, provincial, and municipal tax compliance in Argentina.
- Lead monthly and annual tax closing processes, ensuring accurate tax calculations, provisions, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and timely submission of tax returns and statutory information regimes.
- Monitor changes in Argentine tax legislation, assess their business impact, and provide clear recommendations to management.
- Identify tax risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Lead tax audits, inquiries, assessments, and potential disputes with ARCA and other tax authorities.




- Coordinate external tax advisors, accounting firms, and auditors.
- Partner with Finance and other business areas to provide tax guidance on new projects, transactions, and operational decisions.
- Prepare tax reports and documentation for the local management team and headquarters.
- Design and strengthen internal tax policies, controls, and procedures as the operation grows.

What we are looking for
- Degree in Accounting and qualification as an Argentine Certified Public Accountant.
- At least six years of professional experience in Argentine taxation.
- Hands-on experience managing tax filings, statutory reporting, tax provisions, and closing processes.
- Strong knowledge of national, provincial, and municipal tax regulations.
- Experience managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
- Advanced English, required for regular interaction with regional teams and headquarters. Part of the
