Summary

About This Role
- Contact visitors the day before their tour to confirm attendance and address any inquiries, cancellations, or rebooking needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear, friendly, and professional communication.




- Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Promptly handle inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
