About The Role

Full time | Hybrid

We are looking for a Rendering Designer Architect to join a growing home improvement team. In this role, you will create high-quality pre-sales renderings that sales representatives can present to potential customers during the sales process. You will work closely with the sales design team and internal leadership, taking ownership of rendering projects and helping streamline the design workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in design and construction who wants to work closely with an experienced team and develop their skills in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Create pre-sales renderings for potential customers.
- Work closely with sales designers to understand project requirements.
- Take ownership of rendering projects from initial request through completion.
- Translate design concepts and customer needs into clear visual renderings.
- Collaborate with the internal design and technical team.




- Help manage the rendering workload so the technical design team can focus on permit drawings and other technical responsibilities.
- Maintain organized project information and communicate updates with the team.
- Use construction knowledge to create realistic and practical designs.

What We're Looking For
- Entry-level to mid-level professional with experience in rendering, design, drafting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction and how residential projects are built.
- Experience with SketchUp and 2020 Design.
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy.
- Ability to understand project requirements and translate them into clear renderings.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote U.S. based team.
