Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Alarm Response in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor alarm panels, and support a welcoming environment through professional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing guests and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
