We are looking for a sharp AI Operations & Solutions Engineer to join our Growth Labs team and work closely with our Strategic Technology Product Lead to oversee the technical integrity, deployment, and ongoing optimization of our proprietary AI-driven product suite. You will act as the critical bridge between core development and final output,



ensuring that our automated systems—ranging from content generation to lead acquisition tools—operate at peak performance with zero friction.

Responsibilities:
- Product & Tool Building: Develop, script, and maintain internal AI products, custom tools, and automated workflows primarily using Python and AI frameworks.
- Workflow & Process Execution: Act as the technical operational anchor - ensuring departments transfer necessary inputs on time, project deliverables progress smoothly, and missing materials are flagged proactively.
- Technical Quality Assurance (QA): Perform end-to-end technical QA on built products, scripts, data pipelines, and AI outputs to guarantee reliability and zero-defect execution.
- Integrations & Automations: Connect internal tools, databases, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, etc.) via Python to automate manual operational bottlenecks.
