Humand is seeking a Head of Marketing / CMO to lead a 50+ person integral marketing team and drive the revenue contribution of marketing worldwide. You’ll report to the CEO, sit at the leadership table with Sales, Product and Finance, and own marketing metrics in front of the board and investors.
The role focuses on mature internal processes, data-driven decision making, and an AI-first approach to scale efficiently across LATAM, Brazil, EMEA, and North America. Remote-first with a global team.
