region. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationships: Build and
maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
interested in financial solutions. Develop personalized strategies
to attract new clients. Analysis and Optimization: Continuously
monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and
market trends. Develop sales forecasts and implement process
improvements. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with
product, marketing, and finance teams to enhance the functionality
and market positioning of B2B financial products. Innovation and
Improvement: Introduce new sales methods tailored to the specifics
of the financial products and fintech industry in the LATAM region.
Optimize client interaction processes to improve customer
experience.



Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular reports on
target achievement, market trends, and key aspects of the
departments performance. Requirements : 5+ years of experience in
selling financial products or fintech solutions. Experience with
investment instruments, assets, or banking services is a strong
advantage. Existing network and warm client base of companies in
the LATAM market. Deep understanding of financial products, the
LATAM market, and client behavior. Knowledge of blockchain
technologies and cryptocurrencies is a plus. Strong negotiation and
relationship-building skills. Analytical thinking with a
data-driven decision-making approach. Ability to manage change and
adapt to fast-moving market conditions. Proficiency with CRM
